nice ride up to sarika waterfall (btw it's inside khao yai national park, which i didn't know beforehand) that turned bad on return leg, got onset of heat exhaustion (headache, nausea, chills, stopped sweating, etc.) hopped a cab about 40km from home :-( blame bad eating habits on the ride (too much water, not enough solid food & sodium) & that most of my training rides have been rained out over the last 3-4 weeks.
